It is with great pleasure that we announce that we will be launching a brand new client management portal!
The new system will help us keep our client records up-to-date, as well as give you the ability to control several aspects of the services you have with Simplificare. It will also enable you to purchase new services right from our website! We will also be moving our knowledge base and support ticket system over to the new client portal.
We'll be issuing account usernames and passwords in the next few days to the email address we have on file for you, so please stay tuned for emails from this account. Additionally, the portal will primarily send invoice, quote, and service expiration notifications from "firstname.lastname@example.org". While support emails will originate from "email@example.com". Please make sure you have added these email addresses to your safe senders list.
